Corner Valentino – Harrods – London

In 2017, the Valentino corner at Harrods department store was updated to match the style trend being pursued at all new Valentino stores around the world. The wall cladding, shelving, countertops, and certain special elements are all made entirely from Agglotech Venetian terrazzo.

The project
As for all Valentino stores around the world, for this project, too, Agglotech produced and provided marble cement in a color that has been custom-designed specifically for and in concert with Valentino to give the fashion house the cuts, sizes and thickness of marble cement best suited to their needs. Special features designed specifically for this Valentino store include the curves of the terrazzo for the shelving and the cladding for the islands in the center of their designer corner. The gray that has been custom designed for all Valentino Stores and the specially designed LED lighting create a remarkable visual impact in which Valentino’s clothing and fashion accessories draw the eye from every angle.
