Cermis Mountain Chalet
Trento, Italy
Cermis Mountain Chalet is a new chalet within the Alpe Cermis ski area in the Italian province of Trento. At an altitude of 2,170 meters (7,100 ft), this alluring setting features truly breathtaking views. The design of this elegant chalet unites traditional alpine style with modern comforts and design. Agglotech was involved by producing and providing the terrazzo for the chalet’s flooring.

In collaboration with the firms Delfin Srl and Sevis, Agglotech saw to the production and provision of the terrazzo to be used for the flooring within the chalet. The terrazzo for the Venetian flooring was provided with our special R13 bush-hammered finish, which was perfectly suited to the slip-prevention needs of the client. This highly durable material is well suited to cold climates and winter weather. The color selected for the project was our SB155. The durability of our marble cement comes from the fact that it is produced in blocks in our Marzana and Grezzana facilities and then cut into slabs.
