The project
In this setting that adds a unique character to Italian tradition, Agglotech provided the company’s distinctive marble cement, color SB130 Aggloceppo, for the outdoor terrace on the top floor of Milan’s Hotel Dei Cavalieri. The delicate gray tones of this special version of terrazzo exalts the evocative yet welcoming atmosphere of this space, while the sophisticated aesthetic of the marble chips in a variety of shapes and colors gives the setting an air of modern elegance. The array of soft hues in this Venetian flooring, in contrast to the bolder colors of the surrounding furnishings, is a prominent feature of the terrace’s modern, sophisticated design and adds a touch of distinctive personality. With its great technical performance, this material is particularly well suited to outdoor spaces that call for high standards of both safety and durability.
