Cabot Square 25. Building erected in 1991 and completely refurbished from 2017 to 2019. Agglotech has once again been involved in the refurbishment of a business complex in partnership with InOpera Group and W.B. Simpson. Our marble-cement terrazzo for interior cladding and flooring was a major feature of the redesign.

The project
Home to Morgan Stanley since 2010, Cabot Square 25 is a 17-story structure in the heart of London’s Canary Wharf district. The latest refurbishment began in 2017, and Agglotech was engaged to provide the terrazzo flooring and cladding for the stairs and walls of the lobby. The color selected for the project was our SB260, a high-impact color that embodies elegance in design with its gray, cement base offsetting the intense black of the mid-sized and large-chip marble aggregate.
