The project

To best express the building’s somber style and uniquely decisive character, the designers opted for Agglotech’s SB173 Grigio Venato Venetian terrazzo, a soft color with tones of white and brown. A part of the company’s Classico line, this marble cement evokes the tradition of Venetian marble with a modern flair to exalt the contemporary, minimalist design of the spaces in which it is used. The various design features, each with its own sophisticated form, complement the meticulous attention to detail and the beauty of the terrazzo with its marble chips of varying size and color.
This Venetian flooring has certainly lent greater personality to the entire building and, as an extremely high-performance material, is the perfect choice for large surface areas subject to high levels of foot traffic. The durability and ease of maintenance of terrazzo are the main characteristics that led the designers to select this marble cement, without having to compromise on the elegance and style that only the combination of marble aggregate and cement can provide.
