Falconeri – Florence

A renowned Italian fashion brand with a longstanding tradition of cashmere and other knitwear for men and women, Falconeri has found Agglotech’s marble-cement agglomerate to be the best material to exalt the elegant design of their new retail outlet in Florence, Italy. The fully custom-made terrazzo ordered was used for the Venetian flooring and for wall cladding in a number of areas.

The project
Founded in 2000 and a member of the Calzedonia group since 2009, Falconeri has over two decades of experience designing youthful, sophisticated fashion at an affordable price.
This is why they needed a material that would be a harmonious addition to the elegant, linear design of their new store, while ensuring excellent durability over time. Their interior designers went with Venetian terrazzo in a custom-made color in order to achieve this goal.
Darkly colored marble chips of varying sizes are set in a vibrant white cement base to create a modern, refined ambiance.
This Venetian terrazzo was also used as cladding for a number of the store’s walls and columns, in perfect harmony with the surrounding floors.
