The project

The revolutionary architecture and interior design of this office complex has created nexus of interaction between residents and passersby, making the path between the train station and the city center, the numerous squares and greenery more attractive to pedestrians as they stroll through the city.
Two colors of cement and marble agglomerate from Agglotech’s Unico line — SB128 Gray Black and SB106 Black — were provided for a portion of the flooring and for the stair cladding. These two types of dark terrazzo contrast sharply with the white of the ceilings for an elegant, modern design. The “unique” characteristic of the Unico line are the small marble chips, which create delicate plays of light against the contrasting cement base.
This project is another example of how Venetian flooring tradition can be an extremely sophisticated solution for any type of design, from the most traditional to the most modern.
